the Bellarmine - Classic Deacon Stole
the Bellarmine - Classic Deacon Stole
Named for St. Robert Bellarmine, the patron saint of catechists. This beautiful stole is white Kona cotton, overlaid with stunning white lace precisely placed to mirror the pattern on both stole sides. The Bellarmine speaks to the ordered and patterned nature of religious education, while remembering that the primary aim of the catechist is to model God's beauty and love to all.
The Classic Deacon Stole is a beautifully cut stole that is 3” wide at the top and has ends that taper slightly to 4” wide. It sits smoothly on the shoulder and conforms easily to any shoulder size.
(Kindly note: I do not have a physical Bellarmine Classic Deacon Stole to show yet, but please refer to the drawing to see what the design would look like. This is a re-imagined design based on the Priest Stole version of the Bellarmine.)
